Tuition fee includes:

 

TUITION:

$485 for Guild members, $535 for non-members.

 

Pre-Registration/REGISTRATION:

To pre-register, submit a completed registration form and $100.00 deposit, postmarked on or before August 1, 2012. The balance is due August 1, 2012. If registering after August 1, 2012 include full payment.

Students who are pre-registered on August 1, 2012 will be assigned to their first-choice class if at all possible. If any classes are over-subscribed, a drawing will be conducted to determine class assignments. If the first choice is filled, the student will be assigned to his/her second choice; if that is filled, then the third choice, as listed on the registration form. Any student who lists only a first choice and does not get into that class will have his/her registration fee returned. In the event of all classes being filled, your check will be returned. After August 1 class assignments will be on a first-come, first-served basis of available openings.

In the event you must cancel, a full refund minus $25 cancellation fee will be made for cancellations prior to August 1, 2012. After August 1, a refund will be given only if another student can fill your space.

Instructors will contact their students with information regarding supplies/tools needed for class and payment of material fees.  

 

GUEST (no classes):

$185, includes admission to the Pittock Mansion, Friday tour, Friday dinner, graduation luncheon.

 

Meals:

Registration fee includes Friday dinner and Monday graduation luncheon.  Other meals are not included in the cost of the program. 

 

HOTEL INFORMATION:

A discounted rate of $129, single or double occupancy, has been arranged at the Marriott Portland City Center Hotel.

To receive the discounted rate, all reservations must be made directly through Marriott Portland City Center Hotel. Phone number is 800-228-9290. Ask for the IGMA special rate.
